ONLINE REGISTRATION

Conference guests for Music of the Heart may register for the event using a credit or debit card via Paypal. You do not have to sign up for a Paypal account to register for Music of the Heart. Online registration is the only payment option being offered.

Registration Fee: $250

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION INCLUDES

Massage sessions are not included in your conference package. Massage sign-up sheets with prices will be available during check-in.

LODGING

Lodging is not included in the Music of the Heart conference fee. Local businesses have generously agreed to provide discounts for our out-of-town conference guests. Please see the LODGING page for details.

PRODUCT SALES

All conference guests are welcome and encouraged to bring their products to be available for sale during the event. Tables will be provided in the fireside area for your use. All product sales are the responsiblity of the artist. You are responsible for selling your own product. Sacred Place Ministries and White Wings Ranch are not liable for any loss or damage of your property or revenue. Conference guests receive 100% of sales. Please consider tithing a portion of your sales to Sacred Place Ministries to be used for next year's conference.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Guest cancellation

Guests may cancel their conference reservation and receive a full refund on conference fees or deposits until Saturday, April 5. No refunds of any amount will be given after April 5.

Conference cancellation

If for any reason the Music of the Heart Conference is cancelled or rescheduled, all fees received will be returned no later than Thursday, April 24. Sacred Place Ministries reserves the right to cancel or reschedule this event, giving registered guests at least two weeks prior notice via email.
